Nyingma co-dean and instruction Sylvia Gretchen leads this workshop,
teaching the Dream Lotus practice as well as related exercises that relax tension in
the throat area. These are practices that students can continue on their own, opening the doors to vivid transformative experience.
This workshop is based on Tarthang Tulku’s "Openness Mind," and is open to all levels of students. Cost: $30.
